We managed not to get lost, probably mainly because from Rincon vet
check to the finish there were lots of other riders around. I
should have written down finishes; the only thing I'm fairly sure of
is that Pam Mott was first featherweight.
There were a fair number of pulls for lameness, but between the
sand, steps, and single trace trails that's not amazing. Lovely
day, and the breeze kept it from being too hot.

Yes. I did the Fireworks, too. I was camped with Kathy
and Gabrielle. I forgot to tell the number folks to
put an @ sign on my horse.
Fire Alaarm and I did the 50. It was our first 50 and
the weather was perfect for it. We too, got lost near
the end.
Crossing the San Lorenzo River was fun. I really wanted
to jump in going back.
