I purchased a new one last Fall. It has the cair panels.
I love it! Both my horses love it!
Most of my friends love it too!
They are all going to purchase a wintec of some kind with the cair panels.
It' is VERY comfortable for horse and rider.
You can't go wrong...plus, only weighs nine pounds ;-)
