Saddle fit for mules

Would dearly love to hear from someone riding distance on mules. What kind
of saddles have you found to fit the mule the best and what would be your
recommendation saddle.  I have a 16 hand 1000lb mule with some wither and
of course the straight muley back. Have an ortho-flex but I feel like I
get too much side to side motion but that's the closest I've come to
fitting his back.  Help, Karen
