what the heck is ACID DETERGET FIBER and comments wanted on bagged feed
Great deals on Manna Pro bagged feeds at Walmart....but curious to get opinions on formulation.
WAGON TRAIN, touted stock sweet feed, horses included, looks more like all in one, pelleted with corn.
Protein 12%
Fat 2%
Fiber 16%
ACID DETERGENT FIBER, 21% what the heck is this?
calcium, min .5%
calcium max, 1.0%
phos .4%
etc.
Ingrediets,
Rolled corn, crimped oats, Wheat mill run, Saflower meal, soybean mean, rice bran, grape pomace, cottonseed hulls, (7%) Cane molasses, Calcium carbonate, monocalcium phosphate, Dicalcium phosphate, sulphur, Ferrous Sulphate, Manganous oxide, etc....

Seems wagon train has more grain upfront, instead of brans....
