I don't think this always holds true but because it sometimes does as in
your example, I want to also have an award at the Wolverine Ride (which I am
co managing) for HIGH VET SCORE which would eliminate the weight and time
factors that help determine BC.  Does anyone else do this and what do you
think about it?
