Angie - you should contact the ride manager about the weight requirement.
The FEI rules state the minimum weight requirement - 70 kg, 154 lbs. I
believe an event can specify a higher weight requirement (but not lower).
You should check with the event organizer though (and let us know - I'm
curious). Re the flu vaccines - you'll need to have a vet or clinic document
them.

Has the weight requirment for FEI competition changed?  The LBJ Grasslands
entry form says you must weigh 165 lbs with tack - FEI site says 154.  Also
for Influenza vaccination requirment what do you do if you give them
yourself?  or can't you...
