I have successfully moved the stirrups back on my
Circle Y sport saddle and it cost me $10. That was having my saddle repair
shop do all the work, so I think that's pretty darn cheap and I'm very pleased
with the results. The normal setup the cinch rigging forms a "Y" and
what he did was attatch with webbing a heavy duty "D" ring on the back
portion. It actually placed it back a little further than what I wanted,
so I use both the regular and the new one together. I know its hard to
visulize and my description probably isn't helping all that much, but I did take
pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. It's so seldom that I
feel like a genius that I just had to share. Haha.
