I believe that the BLM should chemically castrate all of the mustangs
that are Stallions and Colts, except 4, which would not have to be done
with helicopters and feedlots and adoptions, etc. And let's send 10,000
of the horses that we are already taking care of at our expense to
Mexico to let them start their endurance riding team. I am sure that at
least 12 would rise up from natural selection to make a team.
I like the idea of $2.00 per pound beef.
