The best rain jacket i have found was made by... Rain Rider
tm, the Wigley Design made in Vashion Island, Washington and i got it thru Teddy
at Running Bear. The Label says Avalite tm.."a waterproof breathable
fabric with a hydrophilic film and HT Teflon tm water repellency" Made in
USA. The sizes come somewhat large so take that into consideration when
ordering, but it is the BEST rain jacket i've ever had and its got big pockets
that keep things dry inside. It breathes and keeps out water. This is an
