Nope, not too high in protein or anything else. Looks like a very good,
high quality hay. ADF has to do with it's digestibility, but is of more
relevance to dairy cattle for the most part. Yours is in the right range.
Just check the calcium and phosphorus ratios to make sure the calcium is the
higher of the two. If not, you'll need to supplement with a bit of calcium
source to balance it out.
