Does anyone else have problems
with their farriers? I am so tired of them changing appointments,
canceling (saying they don't know when they will be able to fit us in again),
and just not showing up!
We are good year round very
regular customers (vs. some that just shoe for riding season) with 5 well
behaved horses. Yet can't seem to find a farrier that appreciates
that. I even offer them lunch if they are here at noon and seem to be
having a busy day!
The supply of well trained
farriers is VERY limited in our area and I seem to be going through them because
I don't find wasting my day waiting for them acceptable. Not that we're
not flexible, I understand an occasional change.
Anyway... just venting, and
wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they solved
it? My training over the past year has been severally
affected.
