Re: Arrhythmia
I have to laugh....we have a mare who has gone to live
with someone on trial at least 4 different times. Everybody always loves
her except she is either 1) too spunky (read scared rider) or 2) too short (read
she's short and stout and grey, not a handsome 16 HH Quarter cow, I mean Quarter
horse...:D) or 3) she was a slut and got pregnant (read devilish 2 year old stud
who is now 4 and STILL chews submissively) and came back to foal or 4) new
prospective owner has to take back old horse she gave away and doesn't have
enough hay for the extra horse (read here it's really too bad cuz that lady
adored the mare and didn't think she had any faults and is invited back to ride
her anytime)....soooooo.....
we figure we are MEANT TO KEEP this mare! So, she is
staying. Nelson is going to team pen on her (if he can stay on....she is
quick as a cat at turning on the fly. Nothing to do with bucking!).
And maybe she'll be Malik's permanent girl... only mare I would dare keep with
him and so far they have produced one awesome baby...it would be worth it for
him to have a companion regularly.
Anyway, I can sympathize and empathize!
Maggie
