Ridecamp: RE: [RC] Wheat hay

I've fed "beardless wheat" - the bearded wheat has fox-tail like barbs. My
horses loved it when I could get it.

Hi Valerie,
    My horses love it.  Oat hay is getting so hard to find that my
supplier usually buys wheat hay.  My horses live at a boarding facility;
all the horses there do just fine on (good quality) wheat hay.
