Hi Guys:
Just a gentle reminder -- Saturday, December 14th
has been declared California's "Day of the Horse". Thanks to Dennis Rios
and others, the California legistature and GOVERNOR signed this and so the
second Saturday of December is the 'Day of the Horse'.
Everyone who owns a horse should:
First, call their Assemblyman, Senator and Governor
to thank them for signing the Bill (so they know how many of us may vote);
and,
Secondly, get out on your horse and ride that day
if weather and trail conditions permit!! It's a day to recognize the horse
in California and ALL the history and future this equine has and will provide to
us.
So saddle up and ride.......or if weather won't
permit that, just go to the barn and give your favorite trail partner an apple
and a hug!
