reflective bright orange biothane dog collars and leashes, and may have
horse products in the same material. If your local tack or pet stores carry
weaver, they may be willing to order it for you.

To help track this product down, the collar description for the one in my
hand is "coll c/free sel 3/4" 13" and the part number is 00399 23659 2.
