<<Knowledgeable hunters don't mind at all if one
rides. I am told that it moves the game which is what a hunter wants.>>
I just had this experience....was riding with my dogs, dogs jumped a couple
of small herds of elk 2 different times, both times sending them toward the
west before I could get them called back.
Next morning I see some hunters who had been camped out for a week with a
nice rack in the back of their truck preparing to leave...they were hunting
to the west of where I had been riding the day before.
