Sorry the mail bounced, my ISP is tuning up their new spam protection.
Oops.  Anyway, I got my Wintec 2000 from Libertyville during a big sale and
it had the D rings on it by default.  But I see several catalog sites don't
show the D's.  I don't have a good answer for you.  Mine looks just like the
one on Trumbull Mountain's site:

There are either 4 or 6 D's behind the cantle.
