I do not believe there are any changes in the Michigan law forthcoming since
this year. This past year ALL horses had to have a one time test and now
only horses being sold (privately or at auction), going out of state or
attending "horse events" are required to have them within the calendar year
(which is from Dec. 1st 2002 through the next year) and any event can set
even stricter rules.
