A few years back I altered a pair of wranglers for a confirmed tight-free
fellow.
I cut out the inner leg portion from the crotch on down to the cuff and
replaced (slighty smaller section) it with light smooth leather and a foot
strap to keep things down tight. It was very successful and he wore out 2 pair.
