    Maggie,
    I am very sorry about the loss of your horse.
     
    While waiting for the 100 milers at 1am last Sunday morning, I listened in on a very interesting conversation between the our two ride vets, Gail Conway and Dennis Seymore,  relating MANY horse deaths to round bales. 
     
    Thank you so much for posting your results.  Perhaps by posting your experience, others horses may benefit!
