Oh, PLEASE don't make a height rule!!! I'd never make it. I know 9 year 
olds taller than me. :(   I had to put holes so far up on my stirrup 
fenders on my Abetta saddle that I just about ripped them right out.

April (under 5') (50 LD miles...going for first endurance miles Jan 
2003...if there's no height rule.)
