No. It started when a post on another list reminded me of the issue,
and that Convention time is coming up and this is the proper time to
seek a rule change.

I am aware that some five and six year old children have completed
endurance rides. However, it was not safe for them to do those rides.
Sure, nothing in this world is safe. But is there not some point at
which we are willing to say, "This is TOO dangerous for a toddler?"
Why the hell can't they wait a few years? What's the rush, that we
expose them to such risks and stresses?
