[RC] Dixie Midnight Pad - Brenda L. Kossowan
Rennie: I also have a mare with very sensitive skin. The one thing she
seems to get along with is wool. I use a handhooked wool pad with
excellent results. It wicks moisture away and doesn't irritate her skin.
On the downside, it's a heavy sucker so I have to take it off at every
vet check to help her cool down. What the heck. FEI makes you take your
saddle off anyway, whether you want to or not, so might as well get used
to the idea if you harbour international ambitions.;)
