No one will have to "put forth this effort again." It is not
necessary to go back and redo everything from square one. If the
proposed Bylaws revision is rejected because members find a couple of
specific items unacceptable, only those items need to be fixed. I
have no doubt that this is what the BoD will do if the current
proposal is not passed.
