Karla,
I make a set of billets & ring to convert Aussies ( 2 billets) to use a
western girth, so I know they could be made to work the other way also.
It would consist of a tongue buckle the width of your western billet
(probably 1 3/4?) attached by a short strap to a ring with 2 1" straps to
attach your English girth to.
