I'm not sure "better late than never" is quite appropriate.  There are a lot of us out here looking pretty sheepish.  John Parke's comparison on the aerc webpage is very easy to read - and would have been just as easy months ago.  There are several items I would have asked be clarified - if I had read them when I should have.
