Ridecamp: [RC] NC - Thanks

I just want to take a few minutes to thank everyone for a nice ride!

Thanks to Connie and Mike, GREAT JOB you two.  

Thanks to Rudy.. For letting us be there!  You have a GREAT place.

Thanks to the DBDR Club and all the volunteers who helped.

Thanks to the group of JAMMERS.  (Even if Amy did make Laura and I cry, by the way it was nice to visit and catch up and relive old times with ya Laura)

Thanks to all the timers Bruce, Nancy & Jackie.. (hope I didn't leave anyone out)

Thanks to Becky & Ken Siler!  I finally have GREAT pictures of my boy Savage!

Thanks to ALL the vets.  They really don't like to pull anyone!  They know it HURTS. (hurts like he**, it does)

Thanks also to Robby Doll and Sean Page!  They did a great job keeping everyone informed.  (Also, sorry to Sean.  He had the misfortune of riding in the truck with me after being pulled.  And after having a few beers, I hope he doesn't think I am an idiot)

Thanks to Jim Rogan for driving all of our magnificent critters back to camp!  And Jim thanks for the encouraging words!

I learned a very BIG lesson at this ride (and one of these days I will quit crying and beating myself up for it)  NEVER do a ride two weeks before the BIG one. (although it worked out ok for Rob, Cheryl and Deb)

Congratulations to everyone!  Even us that didn't finish.  We went, we tried!  Our horses don't care that they didn't finish.  Feed them, love them and they will love you in return!
