    I enjoyed checking on the web updates of the NC 100.  Although I only knew
one entrant, it was fun to see what was up.  Kept me from being too bored
at the office.

I was curious what the conditions were like for the course and the
environment?  If my math is right of the 29 starters 18 got pulled (63%), 3
in the last 12 miles, and only 1 rider middle weight or above.
Yikes......I am guessing it was a tough road to hoe down there.  Hats off
to all who entered & I look forward to eyeing progress of the 50 from the
comfort of my air conditioned office.
