Ridecamp: [RC] Junior Questions

Hi everyone, 
I am a recently turned 15 year old who has compleated my 500 required miles to ride in my appropriate weight division, featherweight.  I was wondering if anyone else has ever done this and could explain to me what must be presented to the ride managers and whatever else i should know.  Do you know how long it could take me to recive the letters from AERC???  I have a ride the 19th and would like to be a featherweight by then.  And lastly, Do i pay the full entry fee or because i am still under 16, pay the junior fee???  Thanks so much!!!
