[RC] pain while riding - wendy

Could you be more specific about the location of the pain?  I have a number of ideas which I would gladly share.  If doctors have ruled out a urological problem, this could be a problem with hip flexors, specifically the ilio-psoas muscle which lies deep in the abdomen.  Women with psoas spasm often complain of "ovarian" pain or bladder pain, are cleared by their gynecologists and yet still have the pain.  Out of curiosity, is there also any tightness or pain in the mid-back/thoracic region?  The psoas muscle attaches there at the T-12 region and travels downward across the groin or anterior hip region and attaches deep into the hip.  Riding is very demanding on this particular muscle group.  I'd be curious to know if any of this fits with the pain distribution.
