 After they get about 18 months to 2 years, it's pretty 
hard to try and change them.  If she's a yearling, I don't think any damage 
has been done. If both feet have high heels, it's probably just a bad trim 
job.  I would ask your farrier to go take a look at him... Nelson looks at 
a lot of prospective horses for folks and in fact, appreciates the opportunity 
to do so if he is going to be working on the horse.  It's when he's NOT 
consulted and he ends up fixing and fixing a horse that is not really fixable 
that he gets exasperated with people.   One quick look and he could 
have saved them a lot of money and himself a lot of frustration.
