Make your own....buy about 10-12 step in posts (less than $2 apiece here, not sure there), a couple of gate handles (maybe $2 each), a roll of white or orange electric tape (I like the white, more visible-a small roll is about $20), and then buy yourself a battery operated electric fencer which you can either hook to your vehicle battery or just buy a battery for that purpose.  The fencer cost us about $50-60 and we use our own battery as we usually have a second vehicle along for pit crewing.  Just an idea...
