I would start by finding endurance riders near you
 
Ok I'll do that too. I'm new to sport. I've found one very nice endurance rider I train with but she is not riding for a month or so. I would LOVE to find more in my area to ride with. I go out rain or shine and would love to meet newbies or experienced riders. My gelding can do up to 20 miles training rides.
