Ok I know you all have beat this one to death. I am going to let you in on
a little secret. A gentalman walked into my office a few months ago
carring a little bucket of powder. I saw its potential immediately and had
a back room meeting over it. He is a throughbred owner racer/ drug rep
from Ky. He is seriously in the loop on derby day...He has some great
background of the scientific nature and likes his horses. They created the
almost perfect treatment for endurance racers to help with ulcers .
(unknowling),prevent and treat them. It is all natural.( After stiring up
the hornets nest over AERC not approving the use of gastoguard - who can
afford it any way. thanks to the tip off from one of my FEI drs...I droped
the idea of a scoping party in Merials ear... actually it was suppose to
happen at Biltmore this year) alas the best laid plans ...I really felt
the need to fix or help the riders, and my friends. I am happy to report
that it has been privately tested on a few endurace horses by a vet who is
very active and she is very happy with it. Her young horse is eating at
rides home and jumps into his food which was an improvement from other
times... The product is called U-Guard- Vet Strength
and you should be able to get it for around 30 -35 dollars form your
equine dr. it should last aprox 30 days. you can use it continusly to
treat but afterward may want to use it pre ride week and a few days after.
Results should be aprox 36 to 72 hrs after initial dose. If you cannot get
it e -mail me and my vet will supply it. I don't sell this product, I
wish I did so I gain nothing from informing riders about it except knowing
those who need it and use it will have happy horses and money left to buy
horse shoes.....
happy trails, Wendy
