    [RC] Matthew Mackay-Smith concept presented to the AERC BoD - Michael Maul

    Matthew presented the concept at the Friday night BoD meeting at the last convention in Reno.

My understanding from Matthew was that it was to be tried at the 2002 OD but I haven't heard
anything on this if it was.
