I have just done LD with my Icelandics, but one of my guys has also done CTR,
horseshows (we show in 5 gait). Just did a parade last weekend on him. Also
we do mounted Parks Patrol.
I'm always on a horse doing "something." This weekend I'm doing a ride with
35 Icelandic horses at the beach. Next day a 3 hour fast poker ride with
gaited horses up in the hills.
My horses are well rounded...I am proud to say I can "take them anywhere"
<g>. As someone mentioned I am a "jack of all trades and master of none" but
my horses seem to enjoy the variety...plus it forces them to behave!
