    Yes, I remember doing this.   How about if annually Steph and John post a reminder and their snail mail addy?   Then, on the honor system, those of us who get so much information from RC, and and appreciate their efforts so much, could send in another ten bucks.   Cheap, if you ask me.  At least enough folks might respond that they could go out to dinner  :-)
