But again, that perception that "the Arab world views us with increasing
disdain and hatred" is a very unbalanced, media influenced report on the
radical fringe groups that clamor to be heard.  Its not the guy on the
street in Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, the UAE, most of whom recognize that
Americans have provided them with Vaccines and food and technology and
generally made their lives better.   Remember that everything you see in
the media is somebody's agenda.

Not bigotry - reality.  Poll after poll shows that the Arab world views
us 
with increasing disdain and hatred.  To lose respect for nations and 
nationals who are of this ideology is not, IMHO bigotry, but a dose of 
healthy reality.  Was it bigotry to think ill of the Germans under
Hitler or 
the Russians under Stalin?  Methinks we take PC too far these days.
