Ridecamp: [RC] all 3 pulled

Hi Angie:

I saw your reference to me on ridecamp and thought I'd reply.  Apparently, 
all 3 of the riders you mentioned (Val, Heather, Kathy) have all been pulled 
for lameness.  Steve, Cia, and Bev are all team riders, so the US is still in 
the running.

Memories...yeah, when the ride official wasn't there to turn me onto the 
course in Holland in the 1994 world championship, it became one of the worst 
moments of my endurance career.  I'm sure the riders already out of the race 
in this year's championship will have their tales of woe to share later.  
When all the years of preparation dissolve in an instant, it's a hard pill to 
swallow.  Hopefully, the remaining riders will ride as a team and work 
towards a medal.
