Been reading the great tips for 1st 25: and, noticed a comment the other day about "with the past history of this ride. . . " about Oceseola? Since I Will ride in the Southeast this makes me wonder if their is anything I should know? And are their any special tips about rides in the Southeast I should know. I'll probably start my first in Dec. /-Feb. And camping tips too. We have a 2 room tent and a screen house, air mattresses, etc. If it got really nasty our trailer has a dressing room and we have a king cab. I have coolers, and blankets and polar fleece rump rug for horse, do I need a rain sheet.? We do have a 3 horse, so If it got nasty ,we could use it as a box stall, with ramp down? Does anyone else use their trailer as a box stall? It has 3 roof vents, 6 side windows(3 drop down) ; and could leave door open with tail bar attached. Laurie and Rascal (and tropical depression Hanna, and rain all week.)
