And that makes sense.  I have my hypoglycemic moments and I know even if I'm
hydrated and otherwise healthy, if my glucose is low, I just feel lousy and
apathetic.  If my glucose is good, but dehydrated or whatever, I'm a lot
more likely to do something to fix the other problems.

And I think that's a very appropriate use for it.  Icing on the cake, but
not the entire cake.

My response to this is essentially just an 'I agree', but it's such a good
concept,I wanted to see it on RC another thirty or forty times.  If there's
ever a take-home message for anything in endurance, it's that there are no
magic bullets or shortcuts for hard work.  :-)
