All things being equal, I think I probably fall into this category!  And 
trust me - PETA is not a group I would join.  LOL  The fact of the matter 
though, is that we CHOOSE to do this sport and our horses come along, 
trusting we are sane.  (My horse just has poor judgment).  When a human dies 
it is tragic and sad.  But I figure they died doing something they enjoyed, 
and good for them!  When a horse dies, I feel....well....responsible somehow. 
 Hope that makes sense and doesn't make me sound like some kind of animal 
activist wacko!  :o)
