[RC] EZ boot question - Rides 2 Far
> >Has anyone ever used bell boots over the EZ boots to keep their >

I tried bell boots a *long* time ago. Just the turning as he trotted
took the hide off his pastern. My horse has a very round foot and needs
a size 2 easyboot, but when it's tightened up the heel sticks out about
an inch and a half. I used to just leave it there because he trots so
wide in the back he never hit them, but then saw at an easyboot demo that
they said you can cut the entire back off. So..why not trim the back of
the boot all the way down to the sole? The strap is what's keeping it
on, not the back of the boot.
