You can't beat the Amish-made blankets that Mary
Coleman (in PA) sells. (Owner/rider of Hawk the
wonder-Morgan)
I've used these blankets for years & they hold up so
well. They appear to be 1000 denier cordura with a
mid-weight liner. They are definitely water proof.
My gelding, Razz wore one this spring in a cold,
driving rain all night. He was toasty & dry
underneath the next morning.

Last time I checked, her blankets were selling for
around $75-$80. At that price, they really are a
bargain.
(And Razz said "No! You can't sell her my size 72"
