    Hope no one loads me up with Polar HRM issues. We no longer use the
Polar products in our V-MAX. We have not use those components for at
least 4 years.
Battery replacement is difficult, most of the time one will damage the
case of the rec watch or the circuit board of the transmitter.

If you have the old Polar HRM , you may want to think about an upgrade, if you
have the new  models   call Polar.. in either case
the Polar number is 800 227 1314..
Please do NOT call me about Polar units nor send them back to me for
repairs..
Actually you know, one cannot repair these components, the only  item
that can be replaced is the battery - if that will not fix it then you
you need a new one.
That applies to ALL models of this type of product, no matter who
sells them. These things are from the human HRM industry -- no matter
what the ad says.  When dead toss and replace - same as the Timex
watch
