I've been using an "after-market" visor called a
Salamander Beak that I got from a bicycle catalog. It
is cordura (some color choice) with something to
stiffen it some & a bit of foam inside. It comes with
velcro to stick onto the helmet. It fit fine on my
Troxel Sport.
I've used this visor for nearly 10 years now on
multiple helmets & it just won't die. It doesn't
crush. It didn't come off at a full gallop down the
beach into 40 mph winds. (We went so fast into the
wind that my eyes teared & I couldn't see at all.) It
is long enough to actually shade my eyes, but not so
long that I get a crick in my neck looking up as I
climb in the mountains around home.
In other words, I really like it.
