Incomplete information is often as damaging as erroneous information.  In
my original response, I pointed out that our victory was in federal court,
but that wasn't what Sharon chose to display.  Yes, we had to go through
defeat at the administrative level to even GET to federal court--and as a
court reporter, Sharon has the professional expertise to know the
difference.
