To whom ever it may concern,
      Hi I am new to endurance riding but my first ride will be the "liberty
run2" on oct 12th.However if I do'nt get up to leave that morning then how
will I ever get there?I should be declared deaf!Thats how bad it is when I
sleep,I'm almost dead. At the momment I have a Sony digital cd alarm
clock,to top it off I have the alarm clock set about 2" from my head(@ the
highest volume)when Offspring (punk rock band)goes off.Yet I can sleep all
the way through it without even dreaming about it for a whole hour.
       @ one time I had a Sony alarm clock that when I heard it begin to
come on I was terrified,because it was so loud.
       If any one has any suggestions please write back.
