    Hi Roger: I read what I could of your post regarding the Motions before the BOD. For some reason unknown to me the portion stating what the Motion is has been blanked out in each case. I have seen blanked out portions of other Posters also. I do especially appreciated your stating your position on these maters to all the AERC Members. Sincerely , Hope Lundquist
