A couple of Vets I have known for years use lots of
DMSO for many things.
They have always told me, "Never use it in
the case of an abcess. The body has sealed it off, the DMSO will
just encourage it to spread into the system instead of opening and draining
outside."
DMSO is a wonderful substance, but needs to be used
with care.
